About the Firm

Firm Overview

Liska, Exnicios & Nungesser has been serving clients since 1959. Our firm began when Alvin J. Liska, former City Attorney for the City of New Orleans, joined his first assistant City Attorney Samuel R. Exnicios and Assistant City Attorney King F. That proud heritage is continued today by Samuel’s son, Val Patrick Exnicios and those working with him to serve our clients’ needs.
