About the Firm
Liska, Exnicios & Nungesser has been serving clients since 1959. Our firm began when Alvin J. Liska, former City Attorney for the City of New Orleans, joined his first assistant City Attorney Samuel R. Exnicios and Assistant City Attorney King F. Nungesser, Jr., in forming Liska, Exnicios and Nungesser.
That proud heritage is continued today by Samuel’s son, Val Patrick Exnicios and those working with him to serve our clients’ needs.
Val received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Orleans in 1986 and his law degree from Loyola University School of Law in 1989. He is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association, the Louisiana Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association. Like his father, founding partner Samuel R. Exnicios, he takes an active role in volunteering and is involved in several community organizations.
